Impact
Positioned Workflow Builder as a scalable platform, improving sales enablement, supporting client implementations like Vercom, and strengthening the company's transition from service provider to product company.
Mapped the legacy tool's full feature flows and workflow creation process to find the usability gaps, friction points, and broken journeys that became the blueprint for the redesign.
Audited the node-based interface specifically, cataloguing the inconsistencies and friction points that were quietly costing developers time. That audit set the redesign strategy: clearer, more discoverable, easier to actually use.
Built the design system for Workflow Builder: atoms, molecules, and nodes, each with responsive variants, tokens, and interaction states, for a UI that stayed consistent as the product scaled.
Documented interaction flows for every node type, consistent behaviors, clear properties, predictable interactions, giving development a blueprint that cut down on edge-case errors.
